365 Human Design & Gene Keys Membership

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Member Benefits

As of part of membership with 365 Human Design & Gene Keys, you will receive the following benefits:

• You will receive 365 day worth of content; starting 01st January 2024 you will receive teachings and other content relating to Human Design and / or Gene Keys. This will finish on 31st December 2024. 
• You will have access to monthly coaching calls, these are offered every month for an additional payment of £111 and do not form part of this Agreement. 

 

2. Membership Payment

A one-off payment of £44 GBP is required to join the membership. 

• This payment is to be paid in advance and ‘we’ reserve the right to withhold access to the membership until the funds are paid, and cleared, in full.
• This payment is non-refundable. 

 

3. Member Agreement

As a member you agree to the following, if any of the following are not adhered to then you will be removed from the group immediately:

• You will not reproduce any of the content and / or share it with non-members, all intellectual property rights remain that of Alma Rose. 
• You will not post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content in the group.
• You will not share your teachings and / or content without permission from Sue Jones-Miranda. 
• You will not reach out to individual members without their expressed permission.

 

4. Liability 

Alma Rose will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the services and materials are accurate. However, Alma Rose does not guarantee the accuracy of any aspect of the services or materials and accept no liability for any loss, or damage, sustained by the Member when using or relying any aspect of the material. 

Nothing in this agreement will exclude or limit either party’s liability in respect of:

• Death or personal injury caused by the negligence of such party or its agents.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations.
• Misuse of the other’s confidential information.
• Payment of sums properly due. 
• Other matters for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
• The member is responsible for ensuring that its computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to receive the services. 

 

5. Permitted Use and Restrictions 

The Permitted Member may, strictly and solely for their / the Members purposes:

• Access and use the services and content.
• Access and download / print copies of certain materials provided for their personal use. 
• The Member is not permitted to use, reproduce, resell or distribute, any materials downloaded in any business capacity.
• The Member is not permitted to modify, or alter, any of the material and content provided.

 

6. Termination 

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the parties may have, either party may terminate this Membership Agreement immediately on giving written notice to the other party: 

• If the other party commits a breach of any of the material terms of this Membership Agreement. 
• No refund will be given on any payment, unless the service provider is in breach of the agreed services and material to be delivered.
• Upon expiry of the Membership access will be revoked immediately – no refund will be given. 

 

7. Miscellaneous 

Each party undertakes to the other that it will treat as confidential terms of this Membership Agreement 

• Each party acknowledges that in entering into this Membership Agreement it does not rely on the services and material to be adhered to. The Member takes full responsibility for their participation and application of the services and material given. 
• No variation or agreed termination of this Membership Agreement will be effective unless made in writing and signed by or on behalf of each the parties. 
• A person who is not a party to this Membership Agreement will have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of this Membership Agreement.

 

Upon payment of this Membership you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
